My name is Kellye Howard and I'm a multi-facet creative artist. I act, write, rap--yes, like Nicki-- build things, like furniture and whatnot, and I'm pretty good at stand-up comedy and public speaking, too.

Some fun things I am up to lately: 

​​

• My 3rd one-woman show 'CRAZY or NAH?!' SOLD OUT!!!! ALL 4 DAYS to 4... YES FOUR... standing ovations at the FAMED Steppenwolf Chicago. (Am I noticeably proud?) NOTE: Soon to be a tour! 

• Currently the recurring character of KENDRA on Power Book IV: FORCE on Starz. 

• Professor of Solo Performance for Comedy Levels I and II at...

 Okay, this sounds like a resume, here are OTHER fun things I'm up to:  

• I just chainsawed a tree, fixed a fence, built a wall, and changed an alternator...(kidding about the alternator)

• I tend to use my social media to encourage alternative mindsets (Meditation, healthy eating, autoimmune consciousness, fitness motivation, and an ABUNDANCE of jokes about my husband and kids.)

My life mission is what I call my triple 'E' Adventure!

• ENTERTAIN!

• EDUCATE!

• EMPOWER!

 

So, whether you've seen me live as a stand-up comedian, or at a storytelling show, caught an archive episode of my podcast, seen an IG reel, or read something I've written online, the themes are all the same; real-life experiences expressed in a sometimes comedic fashion, call me a raconteur.

In a nutshell, I love to share my life as a mother, a woman, a daughter, a wife, a comedian, a writer, a thug, and all the in-betweens, and none of the shit is that serious so it's all up for laughs!  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
